San Francisco 49ers have taken complete control of their NFL clash with the Tennessee Titans at LP Field in Nashville.

Jim Harbaugh's men are looking to go 5-2 as they challenge the Seattle Seahawks (6-1) for supremacy in the NFC West.

Phil Dawson's field goal in the first quarter edged them in front, but their lead was stretched to 10 thanks to a 20-yard rush from Colin Kaepernick in the second quarter.

Frank Gore increased their advantage to 17-0 by rushing over from a yard before half time.
