Former Liverpool stars John Barnes and Jamie Redknapp showed off their rap skills during a spell on Sky 1's A League Of Their Own.

Barnes, who spent 10 years playing for the Reds, is no stranger to rapping following his participation in Liverpool's 1988 single 'Anfield Rap'.

This time, however, he was joined by regular A League Of Their Own panellist Redknapp, who took part in a rendition of The Sugarhill Gang's 'Rapper's Delight'.

The rap will be shown in the new series of the Sky show in May.
