Team GB's Winston Gordon has progressed to the second round of the men's -90kg judo.
Gordon looked impressive from the start, and he sealed victory over Canadian Alexandre Emond with an ippon after just 103 seconds.
He will now face Russian Kirill Denisov later this morning for a place in the quarter-finals.
