Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo insists that he will not change his beliefs on how Wolverhampton Wanderers should play after promotion to the Premier League.

Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has insisted that Wolverhampton Wanderers will continue to play the same style of football after promotion to the Premier League.

Nuno's 3-4-3 formation proved too much for the club's opposition in the Championship last season, and the same strategy was on show on Saturday evening as Wolves registered a 2-2 draw with Everton.

Wolves struggled at times against the Toffees, but Nuno has challenged his players to improve to meet the demands of the top flight rather than contemplate a change in approach.

The Portuguese told the Express & Star: "I won't compromise my beliefs to succeed in the Premier League. We have to build something. If you can say it is a shape of the team that is able to adapt to all the difficult opponents that we have in front of us, but don't change our beliefs.

"What you believe in and what you work for every day is what we must do under the competition and this is one of the things that we praise. We believe in what we do."

Wolves are next in action when they face Leicester City at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
