Moxey: 'Season has been disappointing'

Wolverhampton Wanderers chief executive Jez Moxey believes that everyone at Molineux has played their part in the club's poor season.

Wolves are currently just one point above the relegation zone with five matches in the Championship remaining, but Moxey has tipped his side to bounce back - if they can avoid the drop.

The 50-year-old told BBC WM: "We shouldn't be where we are. It's been a massive disappointment and a massive underachievement. Everyone knows that.

"But we share the same feelings that the fans think we don't have. We all take the rap. The chairman, the directors, the management, the players. Everybody has played a part in us being where we are.

"It's not been good enough, but we've got to get through these last five games, regroup, put this season behind us and look more positively to the future."

Wolves host relegation rivals Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
