Ivica Olic continues up front for Wolfsburg, keeping out Bas Dost and Patrick Helmes.

Ivica Olic has been named as the lone forward for Wolfsburg for the second league game running for the visit of Hoffenheim.

Olic's 22nd start means that Bas Dost must make do with a spot on the bench, while in midfield Slobodan Medojevic is preferred to Christian Trasch.

For Hoffenheim it is an attacking three, with Sven Schipplock supported on either side by Roberto Firmino and Kevin Volland.

Wolfsburg: Benaglio; Hasebe, Naldo, Kjaer, Rodriguez; Medojevic, Polak; Arnold, Diego, Vieirinha; Olic

Hoffenheim: Casteels; Beck, Delpierre, Vestergaard, Johnson; Polanski, Weis, Salihovic; Firmino, Volland, Schipplock
