James McClean relishing life at West Bromwich Albion

West Bromwich Albion winger James McClean feels that he has no problem to adjusting to life at the club following his move from Wigan Athletic.

James McClean has revealed that he is enjoying life at West Bromwich Albion following his move from Wigan Athletic.

The 26-year-old signed a three-year deal with the Baggies for an undisclosed fee from the Latics to avoid playing in League One next season.

McClean has said that he has settled into the club well due to his familiarity with former teammates Craig Gardner, Stephane Sessegnon and Callum McManaman.

He told the club's official website: "I have settled in really well here, the lads have been tremendous and I am really enjoying being around them. They have been really welcoming and I don't feel like the new boy at all.

"I feel very much part of the group. I feel as though I have settled really quickly because the players are such an easy bunch to get on with.

"I know Gards, Sess and Macca but it hasn't just been those three that have helped me bed in, it has been the whole group. There are plenty of different characters in the dressing room and a lot of talent too."

McClean made 85 appearances for Wigan in his two years at the club, scoring 10 goals.
