Report: West Ham United resurrect Emmanuel Adebayor bid

West Ham United have resurrected their loan bid for Tottenham Hotspur Emmanuel Adebayor, according to reports.

The Hammers failed to sign Adebayor on loan in January, and it was believed that they had given up on their pursuit of the striker this summer.

The Mirror now claims that West Ham could sign the 31-year-old this week, with Spurs subsidising part of his £100k-per-week wages.

Adebayor has made 54 appearances for Spurs and scored 18 goals.
