West Ham United have had a bid accepted for Mallorca centre-back Ivan Ramis, according to the Spanish club.
Ramis has been strongly linked with Wigan in recent weeks, but Mallorca have announced that the West Ham bid matched the fee they were expecting.
On their official website, Mallorca said: "Mallorca and West Ham have reached an agreement for the transfer of Ivan Ramis.
"The defender has the permission to have a medical with what will be his new team.
"[The fee will] achieve the economic objective [we] have been working for over recent weeks."
The 27-year-old has been at Mallorca his entire career.
