West Ham United's Razvan Rat eager for winning start

West Ham United summer signing Razvan Rat has revealed that he and his teammates are eager to get their Premier League campaign off to winning start this weekend.

The Hammers start the season on Saturday when they welcome newly-promoted Cardiff City to Upton Park.

"We want to start with three points, that's very important to us," Rat told the club's official website.

"I'm looking forward to playing in the Premier League, I see it as the same level at the Champions League, so I'm looking forward to all games being at the same level."

Rat joined West Ham on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk in May.
