West Ham United and Newcastle United played out a goalless draw at Upton Park in a crucial match at the foot of the Premier League table.
There was controversy as Papiss Cisse saw his effort cleared off the line by Winston Reid, although replays proved it had indeed gone over.
The Hammers had chances of their own but couldn't find a way past Magpies' keeper Rob Elliot in the second half as both sides settled for a point.
