Team News: Mesut Ozil returns for Arsenal

Ozil returns for Arsenal

Mesut Ozil has returned to the Arsenal lineup for their trip to London rivals Watford this afternoon.

Francis Coquelin is the man to make way as Ozil is restored to the setup after an extended summer break due to Germany's exploits at Euro 2016.

Olivier Giroud, who has also been rested after the tournament in France, remains on the bench as Arsene Wenger continues with Alexis Sanchez up front.

Wenger keeps faith with the back four that held champions Leicester City to a goalless draw last time out, with summer arrival Rob Holding partnering Laurent Koscielny in the centre.

For Watford, manager Walter Mazzarri makes two alterations to the side that were defeated by Chelsea last weekend, with summer arrival Younes Kaboul making his first start and Christian Kabasele earning his Premier League debut.

Craig Cathcart and Miguel Britos drop out of the matchday squad while new signings Daryl Janmaat, Isaac Success and Roberto Pereyra start the game on the bench.

Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo continue their partnership up front.
