Valencia confirm Ruben Vezo signing

Valencia have confirmed that they have completed a deal to sign Vitoria de Setubal defender Ruben Vezo.

Reports on Monday claimed that the 19-year-old had flown into Spain to discuss terms with the La Liga outfit ahead of signing a four-year contact.

The deal has now been confirmed by Valencia after Vezo completed a medical, but the centre-back will not officially join Los Che until the transfer window opens in January.

Valencia will lose French defender Adil Rami to AC Milan at the start of 2014.
