Report: Valencia close to Dani Ramirez capture

Valencia are reportedly close to signing Real Madrid C midfielder Dani Ramirez.

The 22-year-old, who has been tracked by Valencia for some time, opted out of his Madrid contract this summer after failing to make the breakthrough at the Bernabeu.

According to Super Deporte, Valencia have expressed a strong interest in the attacker and are confident of completing a deal in the coming week.

Ramirez has also previously represented Madrid's Castilla side, but spent the majority of last season in the Segunda B division with their C outfit.
