Seydou Keita getting fitter "every day"

Valencia midfielder Seydou Keita has revealed that he is getting fitter "every day" after returning to La Liga in the January transfer window.

The 34-year-old represented Barcelona in La Liga for four years between 2008 and 2012 before moving to Chinese side Dalian Aerbin.

"I'm fine, little by little and with every day, better," he told reporters. "Physically I'm fine and ahead of the game, I feel even better.

"In football, though, what matters most is winning. If the team wins, it's better for the players, because everything is good in your mind and in your legs."

Keita's current deal runs until the end of the season.
