Swansea City 'vying to sign Luca Cigarini'

Swansea City are reportedly competing with Torino for the services of Atalanta's Luca Cigarini.

According to The Mirror, Serie A side Sampdoria are also showing an interest in the 29-year-old, who has been compared to ex-AC Milan and Juventus star Andrea Pirlo.

It is thought that Cigarini will be available for around £5m, with the player believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League.

Meanwhile, the South Wales outfit are also reported to be in negotiations to sign £4m-rated Braga forward Eder.

City are said to be ready to offer the Portuguese international a three-year deal at the Liberty Stadium.
