Swansea City poised to seal £12m Wilfried Bony swoop?

Swansea City are closing in on a record-breaking deal to sign Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony, according to a report.

The Ivory Coast international's form last season for Vitesse in the Eredivisie caught the attention of several European clubs.

However, the Swans appear to have won the race for his signature and are close to sealing a deal for a club record £12m, reports The Sun.

Bony scored 37 goals in all competitions for the Dutch side last season.
