Swansea City manager Garry Monk has insisted that the club are not concerned about FC Utrecht's complaint to the Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS) over the sale of goalkeeper Michel Vorm.
The Dutch side were due 30% of any fee for Vorm and they have rejected the claim by Swansea that the player moved to Tottenham Hotspur on a free transfer in 2014.
Utrecht had reported the matter to FIFA but have now taken it to the CAS, asking why the Dutch goalkeeper moved for no fee despite having two years left on his contract.
Monk told reporters: "From our side everything is fine and I'm sure the club has followed everything to the letter and those issues will be left to the club and not the footballing side with myself.
"I'm not worried. We're a perfectly run club and the decision earlier in the season from FIFA showed it was all OK.
"Think that proves everything and if they want to pursue it that will be left to the chairman and the board and the administration side to deal with it."
Swansea will host Everton in the Premier League later today.
