Lee Cattermole believes that Sunderland fully deserved their FA Cup victory over Arsenal this evening.
The Black Cats scored two goals without reply at the Stadium of Light to take their place in the last eight of the competition.
Speaking to ITV Sport after the match, Sunderland skipper Cattermole insisted that his side "wanted it more".
"We've done what we've been doing recently," said Cattermole. "The last two months we've been solid and worked very hard.
"I thought we wanted it more."
Cattermole was making a return from a muscle injury in today's tie.
