Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on a move for Swansea City playmaker Joe Allen.
The 21-year-old has impressed during the Swans' debut season in the Premier League.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is now ready to test the Welsh club's resolve with a bid for the midfielder, according to The Mirror.
Allen signed a five-year deal with Swansea at the start of this season.
