Report: Still no offers for Benoit Assou-Ekotto

A report claims that Tottenham Hotspur have not received a single offer for out-of-favour defender Benoit Assou-Ekotto this month.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly received no bids for experienced left-back Benoit Assou-Ekotto this month.

The 30-year-old has been with Spurs since 2006, but spent last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers after losing his spot in the team at White Hart Lane.

The Cameroon international has not made a single appearance this season, meanwhile, and currently trains away from the first-team squad at his current club.

According to Sky Sports News, however, there have been no official bids for the full-back, whose attitude has been called into question in recent seasons.

Assou-Ekotto has made more than 150 Premier League appearances for Spurs.
