Report: Tottenham Hotspur prepare to battle Liverpool for Wilfried Bony

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up an £18m bid for Liverpool transfer target Wilfried Bony.

The striker has been linked with a move to Anfield throughout the summer but Mauricio Pochettino has recently taken an interest in the Swansea City man.

Spurs have discussed the possibility of exchanging Gylfi Sigurdsson and Ben Davies as part of the deal, which would see the Ivory Coast international arrive at White Hart Lane, according to the Daily Mail.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Loic Remy if they fail to sign Bony from Swansea.
