Steven Pienaar to hold talks with Tottenham

Steven Pienaar is reportedly planning to hold talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a possible move to Queens Park Rangers.

The 29-year-old, who has had a difficult season at White Hart Lane since joining from Everton in the summer, is believed to have been the subject of a bid from QPR earlier this month.

Reports claimed that Spurs rejected an approach from the West London side, which has prompted Pienaar to schedule discussions with the club, according to the Daily Mail.

It is thought that the South African midfielder is frustrated with the lack of first-team football at White Hart Lane.
