Inter Milan 'readying bid for Tottenham Hotspur's Mousa Dembele'

Inter Milan are allegedly readying a bid for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele.

The Serie A outfit are prepared to offer around £16m for the Belgian international, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

Spurs, however, are said to be seeking almost double that sum for Dembele, although Inter are reportedly planning to offer up Joao Mario as a makeweight in the deal.

Portugal international Mario has Premier League experience, having spent last season on loan at West Ham United.

Dembele is also said to have attracted interest from the Chinese Super League.
