Team News: Dele Alli starts on Spurs bench

Dele Alli is named on the bench as Tottenham Hotspur welcome West Ham United to White Hart Lane.

Dele Alli has been named on the bench as Tottenham Hotspur welcome West Ham United to White Hart Lane this evening.

The midfielder has overcome a knee injury to be named in the matchday squad as Mauricio Pochettino makes two changes to the side that drew at Arsenal before the international break.

Harry Winks makes his first Premier League start and Vincent Janssen earns a recall as Son Heung-min and Kevin Wimmer drop down to the bench.

For the visitors, Slaven Bilic makes three alterations to the side that drew with Stoke City last time out, with Diafra Sakho making his first appearance of the season after overcoming a long-term back injury.

Winston Reid returns from suspension to take his place in a three-man defence, while Darren Randolph is preferred to Adrian between the sticks.

Sakho links up with Andre Ayew and Dimitri Payet as part of a front three, with Mark Noble dropping out of the matchday squad.
