Hello, and welcome to Sports Mole's live coverage of the match in the Premier League between Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

It's already been a dramatic day of Premier League action and you'd think it will only continue in this London derby. Neither side have been able to score a lot of goals in their most recent matches but fixtures such at this are usually played at a higher pace and that could - and arguably should - lead to a greater amount of chances in the final third. Still, we could end up with a goalless draw but let's think positive...

Anyway, without further ado, let's take a look at the team news which is coming from White Hart Lane.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR XI: Lloris; Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose; Wanyama, Dembele, Winks, Eriksen, Kane, Janssen

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR SUBSTITUTES: Vorm, Carter-Vickers, Trippier, Wimmer, Alli, Onomah, Son

WEST HAM UNITED XI: Randolph; Kouyate, Reid, Ogbonna; Antonio, Obiang, Lanzini, Cresswell; Payet, Ayew, Sakho

WEST HAM UNITED SUBSTITUTES: Adrian, Nordtveit, Feghouli, Zaza, Collins, Fletcher, Fernandes

That's an interesting team selected by Pochettino. Not only does Harry Winks start in midfield, the Argentine has opted to selected both Kane AND Janssen. It's a combination which hasn't really clicked when they have played together in the past but with Lamela out injured and Alli only fit enough for the bench, changes were necessary and that is what Pochettino has come up with.

As for West Ham, Bilic has opted to make three changes to the team which drew with Stoke City in their last game. The biggest surprise sees Randolph replace Adrian between the sticks, while Winston Reid comes in for James Collins. There's also an attack-minded change with Diafra Sakho coming in for his first appearance of the season with Mark Noble having to sit the game out through suspension.

The full-time whistles are starting to go in both England and Spain. It's been a difficult afternoon for all three of the European giants that we have covered today. On-the-whistle reports will follow very shortly.

One of the games which has significance to this one is Southampton and Liverpool and the Saints have managed to hold the previous Premier League leaders to a goalless draw. I say previous because at Selhurst Park, Manchester City have managed to beat Crystal Palace by a 2-1 scoreline thanks to goals from a almost-forgotten face. HEAD TO HEAD! Today's fixture will be the 194th time that these two teams have met each other in a competitive fixture, with Spurs claiming success on 91 occasions in comparison to 61 victories for West Ham. West Ham have generally had the better of the games which have been staged over the last four years but don't be fooled into thinking it has been one-way traffic. Spurs have only suffered one defeat in their last four outings between the teams.

However, that setback did come in the last meeting which was staged at Upton Park. Back in March, Spurs were competing with Leicester City for the Premier League title but they suffered a blow as Michail Antonio scored early in the game and it was a goal which proved decisive. We are now in a position to bring you an updated look at the Premier League table. I was mistaken earlier because I claimed that City had replaced Liverpool at the top but the Merseyside giants still hold onto that spot on goal difference. However, Liverpool's draw - as well as Arsenal's against Manchester United - has given Spurs the chance to close the gap on the leaders to three points. They cannot move any places further up the standings but they would be delighted to only be three points adrift after drawing four games in a row.

West Ham remain in 17th place but they would move up to 12th should they shock Spurs in front of their own supporters.

The key bits of team news revolves around the strikers of both sides. We will discuss Sakho shortly but for Spurs, they not only include Harry Kane after his early return from international duty but they pair him with summer signing Janssen. One of them will likely begin in the number-10 role but Pochettino is showing ambition in trying to solve his team's problems in front of goal. They have scored a lot of penalties recently but strikes from open-play have been in short supply. Further questions will be asked if that continues with both of their forwards on the pitch from the start.

As for Sakho, it seemed at one stage that he would be leaving the Hammers for West Bromwich Albion. A failed medical put paid to that and the frontman has been absent since that moment but he gets a chance to impress Bilic with an immediate start on his return to action. It may be a lot to ask against a defence widely regarded as the best in the division but he has shown in the past that he is a very capable finisher and that's something which West Ham have lacked all season.

PREDICTION! Despite their run of draws, you have to plump for Spurs to win this game. Kane has been a big miss for them but he is likely to be refreshed after a much-needed break and we think he will lead his side to a 3-0 win.

Here come the two teams to a warm reception from both sets of supporters. I'm sure the pleasantries will end there. This is going to be a hotly-contested encounter.

Spurs get us underway at White Hart Lane.

We have already seen an example as to why the battle between Antonio and Rose should be a feisty one. They both gave pace to burn and the West Ham wideman has won the first tussle between the two, although his cross was straight into the hands of Lloris.

CHANCE! Spurs hit straight back and after Janssen's cross is only half-cleared, Winks left-foot volley is sliced a yard or two wide. Very bright start from both teams. More of this please!

Lanzini wins possession around 40 yards from goal but although he seems to scare the Spurs backline, he decides to take on too many players and he is ultimately dispossessed.

Spurs have had the ball in the net through Eriksen, who collected a Dier pass before finishing confidently past Randolph. However, the Dane was correctly ruled offside.

SHOT! Winks plays a neat ball into the feet of Kane but after turning the defender, the forward fires just wide from around 25 yards out. Decent effort but given his quality, he will be expecting to hit the target.

SHOT! Antonio looks threatening every time he gets the back and he is able to breeze past a couple of players before curling a shot marginally over the crossbar. Rose will have his hands full this afternoon.

Spurs have won a couple of corners but they have come to nothing. Winks is making an impression on his first start. It was deemed a risk to select him from the first whistle but so far so good from the midfielder.

The way West Ham set up works better away from home than it does at the London Stadium and you can see why. They have only recently switched to three at the back but it looks effective. They are marginally second best here but Bilic will be pleased with this start.

West Ham take the lead! It hasn't come from open play but they won't care a bit. A corner wasn't dealt with by the Spurs defence and Antonio was able to get the final touch to get the ball into the net from close range. It's probably not deserved but at the same time, it might be. Spurs haven't made the most of their possession.

Spurs have reacted well to the goal but much of their play is still about possession than looking decisive around the penalty area. When they have both Kane and Janssen on the pitch, they should be doing more. West Ham look relatively comfortable at the moment and have taken confidence from that opening goal.

BOOKING! Lanzini is the first man to go into the referee's notebook after a poor challenge on Rose. He can have no complaints.

Janssen has sent Kouyate flying into the technical area and at first glance, it looks a bad foul. However, the Dutchman has got the ball and even though Bilic is furious and appealing for a booking, that would have been unfair on the striker.

BOOKING! It doesn't take long for a Spurs player to actually go into the book. It's harsh though. Dembele receives a yellow for a block on the edge of the area. Payet's free kick comes to nothing.

In all fairness to Spurs, they are putting together some good moves in and around the penalty area but either the final ball or a lack of awareness from one of their forward players is letting them down. If they keep probing, they make get the opening they are looking for but they don't always look on the same wavelength.

Rose has just given the perfect example to what I have just been saying. The left-back has so much time in the penalty area and although his ball across the penalty area is a good one, there isn't a teammate in sight.

Kouyate and Eriksen have just clashed heads as they went into a tackle and both require treatment. It's doesn't look too serious but it's taken the stuffing out of both of them. There will be two minutes of added-on time.

I say it doesn't look too serious but both players are being thoroughly assessed here. Eriksen looks dazed but Kouyate appears to have recovered. They are both back on the pitch but we will have to wait and see whether they come out at the break.

The half-time whistle goes at White Hart Lane and the Hammers lead thanks to that close-range header from Antonio. Spurs have had the majority of possession but they had done nothing with it and Pochettino will have to change something at the break.

We are back underway. There have been no changes for either side, which is surprising in the case of Spurs. Will they have a different mentality? I guess we are about to find out.

We haven't seen a lot of Payet but he has just burst into life with an excellent run into the penalty area. However, just as he was about to shoot, Vertonghen managed to get a foot in to stop him getting an effort away. That could be important...

Harry Winks equalises for Spurs! What a moment for the youngster on his first Premier League start. Janssen's control on part of his chest and arm saw the ball sit invitingly for a shot and after Randolph saved his volley, Winks was on hand to tap home from inside the six-yard area.

BOOKING! It's high-octane stuff from Spurs but the home side have to be careful not to get carried away. Walker goes into the book for a late challenge on Payet.

It's all Spurs now although they are playing with an intensity which they are unlikely to be able to maintain until full time. There's purpose about their play and they are benefiting from Janssen putting himself around in the final third. We are starting to see why Pochettino spent so much money on the Dutchman.

CHANCE! What a save from Randolph. Rose's cross from Dier all on his own in the penalty area but the goalkeeper managed to stick a leg out to prevent the England international from getting on the scoresheet.

SUBSTITUTIONS! Bilic has seen enough and has decided to make two alterations. Sakho and Ayew have made way with Zaza and Fernandes coming on in their place.

BOOKING! It's another booking for a Spurs full-back and this time it is for Rose, who lunges into a tackle on the touchline. It's a costly one, too. He's now out of the match with Chelsea next week.

BOOKING! The yellow card count is up to five after Antonio brings down Rose after the left-back cut inside near the penalty area.

West Ham regain the lead and it comes from the spot. As a corner was whipped in, Janssen wrestled Reid to the ground and the referee has got little option but to award a penalty. It's Lanzini who steps up and he sends Lloris the wrong way.

SUBSTITUTION! That turns out to be Janssen's last action of the match as Alli is introduced in his place.

SUBSTITUTION! Another change for Spurs and this time it's Son who comes on for Dembele.

CHANCE! Zaza has looked very average since joining West Ham and he is showing no signs of improvement. He wastes numerous seconds before playing in Payet. His teammate has to bide his time before returning the ball to the Italian but he is too casual with his shot and it's straight at Lloris.

We have 10 minutes to go at White Hart Lane and since falling behind, Spurs haven't come close to finding an equaliser. West Ham look resolute and there is always a chance of netting a third on the break. Payet has come more into the game now spaces are beginning to open up.

SHOT! That's such a waste from Spurs. Kane wins a free kick on the edge of the area but Rose plays a quick pass to Alli who sees a deflected shot go straight at Randolph.

SUBSTITUTION! Bilic makes his third change which sees Payet replaced by Nordtveit. The Hammers boss is looking to hold onto this lead now.

Spurs are level again! It's come out of nothing too. Son's cross was tipped away by Randolph but it went into the path of Kane who was able to convert into an empty net.

Unbelievable! It's an absolute disaster for West Ham but they have thrown this away. Nordtveit brought down Son in the penalty area and Kane made no mistake in converting from 12 yards. What a turnaround.

By the way, six minutes have been added on...

SENDING OFF! It's got worse for West Ham as Reid is sent off for two quick bookings.

The full-time whistle goes at White Hart Lane and Spurs have pulled off some comeback to see off West Ham. The Hammers would have been deserving of a 2-1 win had the game been 89 minutes long but two goals in three minutes from Kane has seen them suffering what has to be seen as a demoralising defeat. As for Spurs, they are now just three points behind leaders Liverpool and they have extended their unbeaten run in the top flight to 12 games!
