Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that any criticism directed his way will not encourage him to change his approach.
Questions have been raised about the Argentine's ability to bring success to White Hart Lane due to Tottenham's inconsistent form this season, but the former Southampton boss has no intention of allowing negative attention to have an impact on his methods.
"It's a good thing to be criticised for a manager," Pochettino told members of the media. "All managers in the world are criticised.
"Sometimes it's difficult to have all people agreeing with you and to make everyone happy - we are all referees, we are all managers, we are all journalists, sometimes.
"It's my job. I am calm, I know what my way is, how we need to manage our players and our squad. We have a clear way, a clear philosophy."
Spurs are in Greece to face Asteras Tripolis in the Europa League on Thursday night.
