Tottenham's on-loan defender Kyle Naughton has indicated that he may have to leave Spurs on a permanent basis in order to realise his England ambitions.
Naughton joined Spurs from Sheffield United in 2009 but has so far failed to break into the first team.
He joined Norwich on a season-long loan deal in July and has admitted that he is delighted with his taste of first-team action.
"I may have to assess things at the end of the season because, first and foremost, I want to be playing Premier League football," Naughton told Sky Sports News.
The 23-year-old has been an ever-present in the Norwich side this season.
