Ledley King is expected to return to action for Tottenham next month after picking up an injury during their 2-2 draw with Newcastle on Sunday.
The centre back was substituted during the match, and Spurs boss Harry Redknapp said that he expected a lengthy absence.
The 31-year-old missed six months of football last season with a groin injury.
