Italy manager Antonio Conte makes Tottenham Hotspur visit

Italy boss Antonio Conte admits that he is impressed with the facilities that are in place at Tottenham Hotspur after visiting their training ground this week.

Italy manager Antonio Conte has said that he was impressed with the facilities that are in place at Tottenham Hotspur after visiting the club's training ground.

The 45-year-old stopped off at Hotspur Way as part of a series of visits that he is making to Premier League clubs this week.

"Impressed is exactly the right word!" Conte told Tottenham's official website.

"It looks like a very good place to work and for Tottenham Hotspur to develop their potential.

"The reason for my visit is to study and to look at some of the situations at clubs in England – especially in London. I am meeting with some managers who I think are doing well and to discover the reasons why they are doing well."

Conte was appointed Italy boss in August 2014.
