Moussa Dembele targets Europa League glory

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Dembele has said that Spurs are determined to win the Europa League this season.

Tim Sherwood's troops flashed their cup credentials by overturning a 1-0 first-leg deficit to beat Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk on Thursday, setting up a quarter-final tie with Benfica.

"Some people say that for English teams, the Europa League is not so important. But for us I think it's very important," he told the club's official website. "We want to achieve something this year and making progress in Europe is a big help."

Tottenham host the Portuguese giants at White Hart Lane on March 13 before travelling to Lisbon for the return leg a week later.
