League Two round-up

Sports Mole rounds up Tuesday's League Two action, where Crawley moved into the automatic promotion places after rivals Shrewsbury's game is abandoned.

Crawley Town took advantage of Shrewsbury Town's abandoned game against Port Vale to move into the League Two automatic promotion spots this evening.

The Shrews led 1-0 an hour into their clash with the Valiants at the Greenhouse Meadow, but the match was called off midway through the second half due to a fire in the electrical room in the main stand.

Spectators were evacuated from the ground and the game abandoned, leaving Crawley to move third following their 2-1 win over Bradford City.

Oxford Town solidified their playoff position with a 2-0 victory over Accrington Stanley while Aldershot were also triumphant as they beat Bristol Rovers 1-0.

Finally, managerless Burton Albion picked up their first points since sacking Paul Peschisolido by picking up a 1-0 win over Gillingham.

League Two results: Accrington Stanley 0-2 Oxford Town; Aldershot 1-0 Bristol Rovers; Bradford City 1-2 Crawley Town; Burton Albion 1-0 Gillingham; Shrewsbury Town A-A Port Vale
