Rotherham consider move for Neilson?

Hearts boss Robbie Neilson has emerged as a potential managerial candidate for Rotherham United, less than 24 hours after he was linked with a move to MK Dons.

On Monday, MK Dons announced that they had made an official approach for Neilson but it was stated that no further comment would be made by either club, with Hearts due to face Rangers on Wednesday night.

However, according to The Mirror, the League One outfit could face competition for Neilson's services with Rotherham said to be contemplating an approach for the 36-year-old.

It also emerged on Monday that Kenny Jackett had resigned as boss of the Millers after just five games in charge, leading to the club requiring a new manager for the fifth time since Steve Evans left in September 2015.

Rotherham currently sit 11 points adrift of safety in the Championship table.
