Report: Real Madrid want Christoph Kramer

Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Christoph Kramer.

The 23-year-old is seen as one of the best up-and-coming midfielders in European football and played his part in Germany's World Cup win in Brazil this summer.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti sees Kramer as the perfect partner for Toni Kroos, with the pair knowing each other well from the national team.

Kramer, who has seven German caps, is currently on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach.
