Real Madrid close in on Kiko Casilla?

Real Madrid have reportedly almost completed the signing of Espanyol goalkeeper Kiko Casilla.

The 28-year-old started his career with Madrid's youth teams, but with his starting opportunities limited, he moved to his current employers in 2007.

However, according to Cadena Cope, a return to the Bernabeu for a fee in the region of £1.5m will be finalised within the next 24 hours.

The report adds that the arrival of Casilla does not spark the end of Madrid's pursuit of Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea.
