Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly prepared to pay €100m (£86.67m) in order to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly decided that they are willing to spend big in order to sign Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.

Thomas Tuchel's side have dominated Ligue 1 this season, but the French giants have once again failed to progress through to the latter stages of the Champions League.

The club's hierarchy are keen to continue to strengthen the first-team squad, and according to Don Balon, a substantial offer could be made for Varane.

The report claims that PSG are prepared to spend €100m (£86.67m) to secure the signing of France international Varane in the summer.

The 25-year-old has a contract with Real until 2022, but the centre-back is being linked with a transfer away from the Bernabeu.
