The Brazilian has now been involved in Madrid's last 11 La Liga matches and has recently operated in a front two with Karim Benzema.
According to Marca, PSG are 'showing interest' in the versatile attacker, with the French champions considering making a summer move.
However, the report claims that Vinicius's recent form has impressed Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane, who is likely to insist that the youngster stays at the Bernabeu in the upcoming market.
The South American came off the bench to provide an assist for Benzema during Saturday's 2-0 win over Eibar in Spain's top flight.
