Jose Maria Callejon to remain at Real Madrid

Real Madrid midfielder Jose Maria Callejon rules out a move away from the club.

Real Madrid midfielder Jose Maria Callejon has ruled out a move away from the La Liga champions this summer.

It had been speculated that the 25-year-old would move on in search of regular football, but he has quelled such suggestions.

"I will not move. I am very comfortable in Madrid. I know Mourinho well, and he trusts me. There are many reasons why I want to continue," he told AS.

"I will continue to demonstrate my commitment to Madrid, and help to win as much as possible."

Callejon rejoined Madrid from Espanyol in 2009.
