Team News: Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale lead the line for Real Madrid against Levante

Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale start up front together for Real Madrid against Levante this afternoon.

Raphael Varane, Nacho, Casemiro and Mateo Kovacic are to continue an extended run in the Los Blancos starting lineup as the likes of Sergio Ramos, Luka Modric, Karim Benzema, James Rodriguez and Pepe remain sidelined with injury.

Levante, meanwhile, have made two changes to the side which beat Villarreal a fortnight ago.

Victor Casadesus and Victor Camarasa both come into the Les Granotes midfield as replacements for Ivan Lopez and Jefferson Lerma.
