Gonzalo Higuain: 'Each game is a final'

Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain has urged his teammates to treat each of their remaining fixtures as a cup final.

Los Blancos currently lead La Liga by four points, but had to come from behind to beat a "difficult" Sporting Gijon side 3-1 at the Santiago Bernabeu last night.

"Five finals remain and we must win them," Higuain told the club's official website.

"The league title is at stake and we must remain calm. That's all we think about.

"It was a complicated match. We knew Sporting would make it difficult for us. We worked hard. We must now think about the Champions League."

Madrid make the trip to Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
