Ancelotti: 'Real not missing Ozil'

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that his side have not missed Mesut Ozil so far this season.

The Germany international midfielder was sold to Arsenal on transfer deadline day for a reported transfer fee of £42.5m after three years at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"Ozil has great attacking qualities but in the last two games against Galatasaray and Getafe we have played without him and we've had no problem scoring goals; we scored 10 and we could have scored 15," the Italian told reporters. "We are still very good going forward even without Ozil."

Ozil joined Madrid from Werder Bremen in 2010 and helped the club win the La Liga and the Copa del Rey once each.
