Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has revealed that he wants to win the Champions League trophy this season.

Real sit 15 points behind leaders Barcelona in La Liga and it seems that European success is now the main priority.

The Portuguese coach revealed his ambition to win his third Champions League trophy, something which he hopes will happen this season.

"I cannot say what I want to conquer this season, but I hope to win my third Champions League," said Mourinho.

"I do not know if it will be with Madrid this year because it is all very balanced.

"Still, I have another 20 years of football to achieve my target."

Madrid face Manchester United in the last 16 of the Champions League.
