Luka Modric has revealed that he is eager to win the Champions League with Real Madrid next season.
The 27-year-old Croatian international endured a difficult campaign at the Santiago Bernabeu last term following a £33m move from Tottenham Hotspur.
"If I can choose, I want to win the Champions League, but the league is also important for us and I would like to win both titles," Modric told the club's official website.
"It's a long season and we have to prepare well. We want to start well in both competitions."
Madrid start the new La Liga season at home to Real Betis on August 17.
