Report: Jonathan Henly to leave Reading on loan

Championship outfit Reading will reportedly send goalkeeper Jonathan Henly on loan before the end of the month.

The 19-year-old, who came through the club's academy system, has been earmarked for a future first-team role with the Royals.

According to Sky Sports News, a number of League One clubs have registered their interest, with a move expected to be confirmed by the end of the week.

Alex McCarthy currently holds the gloves at the Madejski Stadium.
