Preview: Reading vs. Fulham

Sports Mole previews Reading's Saturday Premier League home clash against Fulham.

Reading have yet to secure a win in the Premier League this season but manager Brian McDermott will hope to change that when they face Fulham this weekend.

The former Championship side take on their London opponents at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday following a 1-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield last weekend.

Meanwhile, the Cottagers head into the fixture on the back of a late 1-0 victory over Aston Villa, which has placed them in eighth position in the league table.

Mikele Leigertwood should hold the midfield for the home side, while Fulham boss Martin Jol is likely to opt for a three-man forward line of Hugo Rodallega, Dimitar Berbatov and Mladen Petric.

Recent form:

Reading: LLDDL
Fulham: WWLDW

Possible starting lineups:

Reading: McCarthy; Cummings, Gorkss, Mariappa, Shorey; Kebe, Guthrie, Leigertwood, Karacan; McAnuff, Pogrebnyak

Fulham: Schwarzer; Riether, Hughes, Hangeland, Riise; Sidwell, Baird, Richardson; Rogallega, Berbatov, Petric

Sports Mole says: 2-1
