Zamora out for three months

Queens Park Rangers have announced that striker Bobby Zamora will be unavailable for the club for the next three months due to surgery on his hip.

The former Fulham frontman is expected to undergo an operation on his hip after he picked up the recent injury in training.

The former Championship side are currently at the bottom of the Premier League table after taking just four points from 12 games.

QPR will go up against Manchester United this weekend.
