QPR boss Harry Redknapp reveals that Loic Remy is likely to miss Saturday's trip to Swansea City in the Premier League.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has revealed that Loic Remy could miss Saturday's trip to Swansea City in the Premier League.

Redknapp claimed on Thursday that the striker was likely to feature for the R's at the Liberty Stadium amid reports of a serious groin injury.

However, the Frenchman is now expected to sit out the contest in Wales.

"I am not sure about Loic Remy," said Redknapp. "We'll have a look at him today. It is sort of touch and go.

"We weren't sure how bad it was but it is not that bad."

QPR are currently six points from safety at the bottom of the Premier League table.
