Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti believes that Javier Pastore is improving with each performance as he continues his return from injury.

The Argentine scored in last weekend's 2-2 draw with Caen but the Italian has said that the 22-year-old is still not fully fit.

"He's getting better with each match. He still needs to work on his fitness because he's not yet 100%," Ancelotti told the club's official website. "But I'm happy because he's making the difference, like he did against Caen.

"He has so much quality and sometimes he needs to recover during a match to be able to play better and be decisive. He needs to work on his consistency, but he is incredibly motivated. He needs space and needs to see a lot of the ball to show off all his quality."

Pastore became PSG's record signing after moving from Italian side Palermo for £33.8m last summer.
