Team News: Jamie Paterson and Darius Henderson start in Capital One Cup tie

Jamie Paterson and Darius Henderson have been handed starting places for Nottingham Forest's Capital One Cup tie against Hartlepool United, but Forest boss Billy Davies has left out Ishmael Miller, who starts on the bench.
