Michail Antonio, David Forde, Bakary Sako, Callum Wilson up for Championship award

The four nominees for October's Championship Player of the Month are Michail Antonio, David Forde, Bakary Sako and Callum Wilson.

October's Championship Player of the Month award will be won by either Michail Antonio, David Forde, Bakary Sako or Callum Wilson.

Antonio is nominated for the second time this season. Even though Nottingham Forest are going through a rough patch, the winger scored three goals in four October games, including a brace that salvaged a point at Watford.

Millwall managed to go unbeaten last month and that was largely down to Irish goalkeeper Forde.

Sako scored in all four of the games that he played in for Wolverhampton Wanderers and is proving to be one of the division's star players.

Finally, Bournemouth frontman Wilson netted five times in four games as the Cherries won every game in October to soar up the table.

The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
